Subscriptions and in-app purchases are usually processed by Google Play.

Use the same Google account that made the purchase when requesting a refund or cancellation help.

Refund Overview

Most in-app purchases and subscriptions for this landing page are processed by Google Play. Refund requests for marketplace purchases must be submitted through the Google account used to make the purchase.

When a marketplace approves a refund, app access, credits, or subscription entitlements may be adjusted according to the marketplace decision and applicable policy.

Google Play Purchases

Open Google Play order history or the Google Play refund request flow with the Google account used for purchase.
Choose the Glam AI order and follow Google's instructions.
Google reviews eligibility, timing, and payment status. Glam AI cannot approve Google Play refunds outside Google's system.

When To Contact Support

Contact support if a marketplace-approved refund does not update your access, if you cannot find the purchase, or if you need help identifying the platform used for purchase.
